You make the grid smarter at Alliander. The energy transition is impossible without you as a Service Delivery Manager Ot in Haarlem/Duiven. You focus on developing, implementing, and securing new ways of working that contribute to more reliable, efficient, and predictable Ot operations. This way, you keep the Ot landscape running. And with that, you keep the Netherlands running. This is a position for 32-40 hours. You make the grid more professional at Alliander.

The energy transition is impossible without you as a Service Delivery Manager Ot. As a Service Delivery Manager, you play a central role in changing and further professionalizing the Ot organization. You work closely with process owners, Ot engineers, project teams, and stakeholders within Qirion and Alliander. You ensure that agreements are clear, that responsibilities are well-defined, and that new services, products, and applications are introduced in a structured and manageable way. And as a Service Delivery Manager, you contribute to this. This way, you are involved in managing and maintaining energy networks, supporting the Ot processes that make this possible, securing the Ot security of the high-voltage grid, and ensuring the technical possibilities to reliably execute the control and monitoring within the high-voltage domain.

And you will do this at our company division Alliander/Qirion. Here, you will be involved with the energy infrastructure and smart energy solutions. This way, you design, build, and maintain the high-voltage grid of today and the future.

For you, everything better arranged.

• For this, you will receive based on a 40-hour workweek:
• A salary of € 4,580 to € 7,585 gross per month (scale 9 or 10, depending on knowledge and experience).
• An annual individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% holiday allowance. You can have this amount paid out, but you can also buy extra days off with it, for example. You choose what suits you.
• 24.5 vacation days per year, easily supplemented from your IKB.
• An end-of-year allowance in December of 6% of your annual salary.
• An annual DI budget of € 700 for your sustainable employability. Choose, for example, for a reimbursement of your sport or hobby, the durabilization and greening of your home, or the relief of your study debt with DUO. You decide where your budget goes.
• An NS-Business Card or travel expense reimbursement.
