As Change Lead, you will be part of the ODS Change Team, consisting of eight colleagues. You will be working on one specific use case: a concrete issue that plays across the chain, such as the optimization of the use of technicians or the planning of learning work. Within your use case:

• Develop a change strategy for the entire use case.
• Lead the change from Proof of Concept to nationwide rollout.
• Translate insights into concrete, measurable interventions.
• Anchor sustainable behavior change with the ADKAR methodology.
• Create support at all levels, from technician to director.
• Work with POCs and MVPs that deliver direct value for Alliander.
• Work with the uniform ODS change approach and help further develop it.

The ODS department consists of Use Case Leads, Business Consultants, Change Consultants, and Product Owners.

• A WO work and thinking level and experience with complex operational change trajectories.
• Leading programs in which change is rolled out step by step and organization-wide.
• Developing pragmatic strategies that are directly applicable in the operation.
• Working with IT, process improvement, and data to accelerate and anchor change.
• Applying the ADKAR methodology and effectively switching with stakeholders at different levels.

For you just better arranged

For this, you get based on a 40-hour workweek:

• A salary of €4,580 to €7,585 gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience level 9 or 10)
• An annual individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes an 8% vacation allowance. You can have this amount paid out, but you can also buy extra days off with it. You choose what suits you.
• 24.5 vacation days per year, easily supplementable from your IKB.
• An end-of-year allowance in December of 6% of your annual salary.
• Each year a DI-budget of €700 for your sustainable employability. Choose, for example, for a reimbursement of your sport or hobby, the durabilization and greening of your home, or the relief of your study debt with DUO. You decide where your budget goes.
• Work where this works best for you, if your function allows. From the office or from your own home. Even a workation is an option. If you work from home, you receive a home work allowance.
