Alliance for Justice and AFJ Action (AFJ) are seeking an exceptional, mission-driven individual to serve as Senior Manager, Executive Operations based in Washington, DC. The Senior Manager, Executive Operations, strives to maximize the President and Executive Office Team's effectiveness, impact and results. This includes overseeing office operations, maintaining the President and executive team schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating IT and office supply needs, and other duties as assigned. The Senior Manager, Executive Operations will be an essential part of a high-performing Executive Office team that is leading the fight to champion, defend, and enhance constitutional democracy in America.
This is a hybrid position with the need for occasional in person work at our Washington, DC office location.
Essential Functions:
Strategic Engagement Support: Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Team, providing support with regular visits with high-profile donors, key partners, media events, AFJ-sponsored trips, and high-profile meetings, ensuring executives are prepared, on time, and positioned to achieve the goals for each engagement.
Executive Support for Board Engagement: Prepare materials for board meetings; Serve as liaison to boards on behalf of executive leadership; Coordinate board meetings and other events and take minutes as required.
At least 7 years' experience in public service, non-profit administration, communications/PR, leadership support, philanthropy/development, executive administration, event planning, or logistics.

This position is hybrid, based in the Washington, DC area.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will assist in the management of interns.
