Human Resources Service Center Manager
Alleima USA LLC is looking for a Human Resources Service Center Manager in Clarks Summit PA.
Your Role
The role of a Human Resources Service Center Manager is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of HR services within an organization. This position involves overseeing the HR Service Center team and ensuring that all HR-related inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes.
- Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs.
- Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program manager, and technology specialists.
- Leads the team of Human Resources Service Center employees.
- Ensure Alleima is compliant with company policy, union contracts rules and payroll/benefit laws.
- Ensure that payroll/benefit bookings and reports are timely and accurate and that record retention is according to US law.
- Country Coordinator, collaborate with US sites to establish and implement best practices and continuous improvement.
- Communicate and update US Country policies.
- Provide information for financial audits.
- Make annual benefits recommendations and coordinate yearly Open Enrollment.
- Complete salary, benefits, and other HR related surveys.
- Member of 401k Fiduciary Committee.
- Work as liaison with insurance carriers/broker and employees to resolve issues.
- Respond to more complex, escalated inquiries from Team members and check the work of others.
- Coach and mentor team members and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively.
- Other tasks or assignments as required by management.

About You
This position requires residence in or relocation to the Clarks Summit, PA area.
Experience: At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or in Human Resources
