Job Requirements

• Strong foundation in mechanical engineering fundamentals and knowledge of new product development process.
• 2 - 4 years of engineering experience.
• Proficient with 3D CAD software (preferably CREO).
• Thorough understanding of engineering fundamentals, including DFMEA, ECN, GD&T, production drawings, tolerance analysis, engineering calculations, and other product development techniques and tools.
• Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes and material selection for ferrous alloys, non-ferrous alloys, plastics.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) is an added advantage.
• Experience in electromechanical product design.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Skills in value methodology, with certification as a "Value Methodology Associate" by SAVE International is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
