This position is responsible for Human Resources administrative functions related to all aspects of the HR department.

This job currently operates in a remote (at-home) setting. It is expected that the administrator have an appropriate setting where the office work can be done comfortably (Consider the lighting, noise level, traffic frequency and seating). This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, phones, scanners, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines which will be provided on an as needed basis.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role, but at times may require the ability to stand, kneel, lift, twist, reach and bend as necessary.
May sit for long periods of time.
Ability to operate standard office software and equipment such as computer, mouse, phone, copier/printer, online fax.
This job currently operates remotely but you will have communications with other HR Team members, Accounting/Finance, or field management personnel.
Minimum two (2) year degree or two (2) years HR related experience.
Experience using an HRIS system.
Proficient using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Desired knowledge of TEAMS, One Drive, and Drop Box.
Must possess a valid driver's license and insurable driver record.
