Job Description

  • Therapist Schedule Management : Coordinate the availability and day-to-day schedules of therapists, including processing vacation and time-off requests.
  • Staff Communication : Regularly update and manage staff details in an online application, ensuring accurate information is available. Communicate with the team daily via email and phone calls to ensure smooth operations.
  • Credential Management : Ensure that therapists' credentials (soft copies of documents and other paperwork) are securely stored and updated in the software.
  • Onboarding : Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new team members joining the network, ensuring they complete the necessary paperwork and understand their roles.
  • Account Management : Create and manage user accounts for therapists and clients on web portals and applications, ensuring seamless access to required resources.
  • Training and Development : Develop and maintain a training calendar for the team. Prepare and distribute training materials and communicate training schedules regularly to ensure continuous development.

Qualifications

  • Education : Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • US Healthcare Process experience is MUST.
  • Some one with clinical qualification (Nurse, Physical Therapist, Allied Health Professionals or similar background) and experience is preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Work Schedule : Comfortable with working in the IST shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST from our Porur, Chennai office
