Human-Centered Hr Teammate

You Will Be Responsible For

Employment (60%)

• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end (administration, newcomer experience focus, conducting exit interviews)
• Maintaining and organizing employee records and documentation (employment agreements and modifications, documents such as sick leave notes, tax benefit declarations, etc.)
• Monitoring HR processes, supporting the implementation of improvements
• Supporting policy creation and updates, ensuring compliance and clarity
• Supporting payroll processes

Team Happiness / Engagement (40%)

• Organizing team-building activities, celebrations, and company-wide events
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and well-being projects
• Serving as a friendly, approachable point of contact for employee questions
• Contributing ideas to improve the employee experience continuously

We Are Looking For You If You

• have 1-3 years of experience in HR
• are okay with being in the office 2-3 days/week
• understand the basic HR processes and employment administration
• are structured, have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• have excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
• are able to handle confidential information with professionalism
• have a proactive, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
• have experience with HRIS
• worked with IT professionals before
• proficiency in English with active usage and native Hungarian
