Engineering Intern

Hungarian Google partner company, Aliz is looking for a motivated Engineering Intern to join their team in Budapest. As our Engineering Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Engineering department in providing exceptional support to our clients utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This part-time position will involve handling repetitive tasks, such as ticket follow-ups, process validations, and internal IT inventory management. This position requires active student status in Hungary until at least January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Management: Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution. Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact. Assist in documenting ticket resolution processes. Assist by Knowledge base structuring, Knowledge article creation, and sorting.
• Process Validation: Verify adherence to established support processes and procedures. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest recommendations.
• Task Follow-Up: Monitor ongoing tasks for clients and ensure they are progressing according to plan. Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Internal IT Inventory: Assist in maintaining accurate records of IT assets within the organization. Update inventory information as needed.
• Various ad hoc tasks: Support the Engineering team with administrative duties. Help out the Partnership team with external candidate management.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills in English.
