Position Summary:
The Enterprise Service Desk Technician (ESDT) provides customer service to 40,000+ Enterprise users to ensure account issues are identified and resolved promptly.

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000
Work Schedule: Hybrid day shift (10 am - 6 pm) Monday through Friday. Other shifts may be required as mission demands.
