Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Vice President by anticipating needs, coordinating client deliverables, and assisting with new product and service implementations
• Manage client and vendor communications, including handling inquiries, reviewing proposals, supporting pricing negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships
• Coordinate renewals and new business, ensuring accurate documentation, quote reviews, and preparation of applications and contracts
• Deliver exceptional client service through timely issue resolution, professional communication, and conducting open enrollment and education meetings
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance, including updating SBCs, preparing meeting materials, and keeping Life & Health License current

Qualifications

• Maryland Life & Health License required
• Previous work in the employee benefits industry required
• At least five years of experience in the industry, preferred

Additional Information

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $80K to $125K per year.
