Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing book of personal lines insurance, including processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and issuing required documentation.
• Deliver exceptional client support by responding promptly to inquiries, assisting with claims, and maintaining organized, compliant client files
• Drive business growth by quoting, writing, and binding new policies, re-marketing existing accounts, and building strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred
• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.
