Responsibilities

• Manage and service a personal lines insurance book of business, handling policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, quoting, binding, and re-marketing to ensure optimal coverage and value
• Deliver exceptional client service, responding promptly to inquiries, issuing ID cards and proof of insurance, assisting with claims, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance, maintaining complete client files and adhering to agency and carrier guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred
• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Additional Information

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $60K to 72K per year.
