Employee Benefits Insurance Sales Representative

Responsibilities

This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and producers, supporting day-to-day service needs while partnering on renewals and new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary service contact for assigned employee benefits accounts, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients and their employees
  • Resolve claims, billing, and benefit inquiries by working directly with employees, carriers, and internal partners
  • Support new business and renewal activity, including enrollment, plan changes, quoting, proposals, and carrier coordination
  • Partner closely with producers by keeping them informed, assisting with client meetings, and supporting prospect activity
  • Maintain organized, thorough account management while upholding the core values of responsiveness, follow-through, and collaboration

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of group employee benefits experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of benefit enrollment systems, compliance, and carrier processes
  • Life and Health insurance license (active)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Additional Information

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $55K to $70K per year.
