Responsibilities

• Manage service requests: Handle pre-renewals/renewals, complete Acord applications, submit to carriers, and analyze quotations.
• Client support: Prepare proposals, summaries, binders, invoices, and certificates; review endorsements, policies, and audits for accuracy.
• Compliance & contracts: Conduct contract reviews, resolve COI compliance issues, order endorsements, and ensure insurance requirements are met.
• System & workflow management: Use internal systems to track and prioritize workload; follow up professionally with clients and carriers.
• Collaboration & meetings: Participate in renewal meetings and coordinate with producers and account managers.
• Training & development: Complete certifications and training; assist with mentoring Account Assistants as needed.
• Carrier & industry knowledge: Stay up to date on carrier underwriting guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance experience
• 1+ years at the Account Manager level preferred
• Applicable state Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent’s License
• Industry-related certifications expected
• College degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Hourly range is $26 to $35 per hour.
