Korea-focused Account Executive

We're looking for a Korea-focused Account Executive to take ownership of our Korean pipeline and help us grow in the region. This is a sales-first role: you'll handle inbound end-to-end and do some outbound to targeted companies when needed.

Your Role Will Include

  • Own and manage the Korean inbound pipeline: qualify leads, book and run meetings, and close deals
  • Put together and refine tailored sales proposals, and cost estimates
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns when needed
  • Attend relevant industry events
  • Account Management support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales / Account Executive / client-facing roles (B2B preferred)
  • Experience working with IT / SaaS companies
  • Korean: native level
  • Location: Korea or the same time zone (KST-aligned availability)
  • English: professional proficiency (B2 or higher) for day-to-day internal communication with the team
  • Strong sales communication skills (email, presentations) in both Korean and English
  • Proactive and self-driven: strong initiative and ownership, able to move things forward without daily direction
  • Basic experience with AI tools is a plus (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Localization/translation project experience is a plus but not required
