We're looking for a Korea-focused Account Executive to take ownership of our Korean pipeline and help us grow in the region. This is a sales-first role: you'll handle inbound end-to-end and do some outbound to targeted companies when needed.
Your Role Will Include
Own and manage the Korean inbound pipeline: qualify leads, book and run meetings, and close deals
Put together and refine tailored sales proposals, and cost estimates
Run targeted outbound campaigns when needed
Attend relevant industry events
Account Management support
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales / Account Executive / client-facing roles (B2B preferred)
Experience working with IT / SaaS companies
Korean: native level
Location: Korea or the same time zone (KST-aligned availability)
English: professional proficiency (B2 or higher) for day-to-day internal communication with the team
Strong sales communication skills (email, presentations) in both Korean and English
Proactive and self-driven: strong initiative and ownership, able to move things forward without daily direction
Basic experience with AI tools is a plus (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Localization/translation project experience is a plus but not required
