As an Operator III, Warehouse & Distribution Operations supporting Custom Pak, you will be trusted with handling complex tasks to ensure efficient warehouse and distribution processes. You will optimize storage, manage material flows, and ensure safety at our Manufacturing Facility in Houston TX!

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Optimize storage space and material flows while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate and implement inbound and outbound logistics activities, including coordination with warehouses and other relevant parties.
• Operate equipment and make significant decisions within your task scope.
• Apply advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities while adhering to procedures.
• Impact warehouse and distribution efficiency and effectiveness, supporting business performance through accurate task completion.
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training.
• Commit to regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in operations.

What You'll Bring to Alcon:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 4:45 PM – 3:15 AM CST

Location: Onsite
