The Network Operations Manager will lead day-to-day network operations, ensure high availability of enterprise network services, and manage a team of network engineers/analysts. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong people leadership, and the ability to operate in a 24x7 global support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Network Analysts/Engineers, ensuring operational excellence and continuous skill development.
- Oversee implementation, administration, migration, and troubleshooting of enterprise network technologies including WLAN, LAN switching, Routers, SD-WAN, BlueCat, and CUCM.
- Act as an escalation point for complex network incidents, driving timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure network operations align with ITIL processes, SLAs, and enterprise standards.
- Manage operational workload through ServiceNow, including ticket handling, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Partner with engineering, security, and architecture teams to support network improvements and transformation initiatives.
- Support change management activities across pre and Production environments, ensuring stability and risk mitigation.
- Operate in a rotational shift model, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to support global operations.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ relevant years of hands-on experience in network implementation, administration, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong expertise in Cisco and Juniper Mist platforms (Must Have).
- Good knowledge of Network Security concepts and technologies.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of Network Engineers.
- Solid experience across enterprise networking technologies including WLAN, LAN, Routers, SD-WAN, BlueCat, and CUCM.
- Proven experience working in ITIL-based operational environments.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident, change, and reporting activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24x7 operations environment.
Skills for Success/Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including incident, change, and request management, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies in a 24x7 support environment.
- Experience partnering with service providers, telecom vendors, and supplier support organizations to drive issue resolution and service quality.
- Solid experience working with Cisco and Juniper environments, including enterprise networking products, network management tools, Cisco WLC, ISE, and Bluecat DDI.
- Good working knowledge of Network Security concepts, with the ability to collaborate on security incidents.
- Proven experience configuring, operating, migration and troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments in large-scale enterprise networks.
Work hours: 6 AM to 3 PM IST and 2 PM to 11 PM (Rotational shifts)
