Alcon Equipment Specialist
Responsible to ensure all Alcon equipment at customers' site and demo equipment are functioning effectively as per the specifications. Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up -Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs -Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business -AMC/CAMC sale and renewals -Instructing clients on the proper usage and operation of equipment -Documenting and maintaining clients' service logs -Preparing reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues and escalating to relevant engineering teams
