We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As an Administrative Assistant/HR supporting the Human Resource Team in Panama, a typical day will include:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and handle general office duties
  • Responsible for supporting individuals, small teams or departments within an office.
  • Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production.
  • Data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving.
  • Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources.
  • Handling confidential business and personnel information.
  • Support an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day office activities.
  • Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive - Managing the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources.
  • Support in the preparation of contracts, letters and internal communications.
  • Vehicle fleet and company car policy management.
  • Purchasing Card Management.
  • Purchase Order Creation.
  • Coordination of events and activities (Example: Townhall, KOM, AIA etc.)
  • Messaging and correspondence handling.
  • Support to Legal in safeguarding files and commercial contracts.

What You'll Bring To Alcon:

  • 3-5 years of Administrative/HR support
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
