Are you considering a change in your career? We have a rare opportunity for a Capital Project Engineer to join our WA Mining Capital Projects Team. In this role, you'll be a key part of our core mining operations, supporting both the Huntly and Willowdale sites. We've designed this position with a healthy work-life balance in mind, offering a family-friendly Monday to Friday roster and a paid leisure day off every four weeks so you can enjoy more of the things you love.
The role offers flexibility with your work location. We generally expect you to be based at the WA Mining HUB in Pinjarra two days a week, with two days on site, and scope to offer one day working from home. While your primary site will be Willowdale, you will also support Huntly. You'll join a collaborative, customer-focused team, and you'll have the chance to get involved in a huge range of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Huntly is one of our two bauxite mines in Western Australia. Established in 1976 and located east of North Dandalup in WA, it is the world's second largest bauxite mine, supplying ore to Alcoa's Pinjarra alumina refinery. Bauxite ore from Alcoa's Huntly and Willowdale mines helps to produce almost half of Australia's alumina and approximately 19 per cent of Australia's aluminium.
