Account Manager

The agency offers advanced marketing services, utilizing both time-tested and emerging methods and technologies to secure a higher rate of customer engagement and retention. As a performance-driven agency specializing in email, SMS, and CRM for DTC, B2C, and B2B brands, we are growing fast. That's why we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. Our Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, reporting directly to the VP, Customer Success. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and will collaborate with various internal departments to deliver top service to clients. In this role, there is also an exciting opportunity to help shape the Client & Account Management department and grow the agency. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs) at our NYC office.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the client relationship and be responsible for expanding the relationship up and across the organization and discovering new opportunities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain ongoing renewals and existing client sales pipeline and track sales based on goals set
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including analytics, creative, production, and strategy to ensure the successful delivery of projects and campaigns
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic insights and recommendations
  • Lead, set-up and recap client and internal call; keeping meetings and conversations focused and purposeful
  • Mentor and manage account executives and traffickers, providing guidance and support to help them upskill in their roles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams
