We're excited to open a new opportunity to join Alan's Business Development Representative (BDR) - Graduate Program, offering a remarkable start to a Sales career!
The concept? Over a period of 18-24 months, you'll have the opportunity to gain essential Sales skills, that will prepare you for more senior positions within the Sales community.
You will work as a Business Development Representative (BDR), where you will learn the fundamentals of Sales:
After 12 months in a market such as Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, or Hospitality, you will change segments to discover new prospecting methods and collaborate with another team.
In your second year, you will continue as a BDR. You will have the opportunity to apply for the BDR Enterprise position, targeting large accounts (companies with more than 300 employees) or take on the added challenge of conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations for small businesses.
These experiences will prepare you for an internal mobility as an Account Executive, for example.
At Alan, our motto is "we hire people, not roles": we value interpersonal skills over technical ones. We believe your potential is what truly counts.
