We are opening only 20 places for this day, with the unique opportunity to secure a permanent position in our Sales Graduate Program. Seize your chance to launch your career as a Business Development Representative (BDR) starting January 2026, acquire solid sales foundations, and pave your way towards senior sales roles at Alan in 18 to 24 months!

The recruitment process:

  • Event date: Thursday, November 6, 2025
  • Location: Alan’s headquarters: 117 Quai de Valmy, 75010 Paris

  • The steps:
    • We review all received applications to select the best profiles.
    • If your profile is selected, we will call you to announce the news and briefly discuss your motivations.
    • You will receive a practical case to complete at home: motivation questions and a video pitch to record.
    • The selected candidates will be invited to join our exclusive day at Alan’s headquarters, with a case study and interviews on the program.
    • After this day, we give our response within 48 hours, and the selected profiles will join the Alan adventure in our Sales Graduate Program starting January 2026!

Everything You Need To Know About Our Sales Graduate Program

The idea? Over a period of 18 to 24 months, we offer you the opportunity to evolve within the role of Business Development Representative (BDR) while gradually acquiring more advanced sales skills.

  • Phase 1: Learn the basics of the BDR role: prospecting, understanding the market, creating opportunities, exchanges with decision-makers.
  • Phase 2: Develop your leadership: as a BDR, take on cross-functional responsibilities such as recruitment, coaching of new employees, training animation, and project management.
  • Phase 3: Specialize: focus either on prospecting large accounts (more complex and strategic) or SMEs, conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations.

This progression within the role of BDR will enable you to develop comprehensive sales skills that will prepare you for future internal mobility as an Account Executive or Inbound Sales.
