At Regions, the Wealth Management Middle Office Specialist provides back office support for the Wealth Management business segment. The Wealth Management Middle Office Core Unit consists of the following teams: Account Services (Cash Processing and the Closely Held Group), Custody Services, Fees, Corporate Trust Operations and Natural Resources and Real Estate (NRRE) Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This position is on the Wealth Management Middle Office Corporate Trust Operations team. This associate is responsible for managing the Rule 144 DWAC (Deposit/Withdrawal at Custodian) process — an electronic system that facilitates the transfer of securities between a brokerage account and a company's transfer agent. Rule 144 provides a safe harbor for the public resale of restricted and control securities.

Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Job Range Target:
Minimum: $37,750.00 USD
Median: $44,940.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
