Auburn Advancement is excited to begin the search for a TES Admin Support Associate to provide administrative, financial, and general clerical support within an administrative department or program with responsibility for a broad variety of office support duties and tasks. Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. Temporary employees are hired for a variety of reasons with the most common being: assistance in the place of a regular employee who is absent for a specified period of time, additional assistance during periods of abnormal or peak workloads, assistance with special projects, seasonal work, and emergencies.

Essential functions include preparing and proofing correspondence, data management, travel research/planning/reservations & appointments, donor stewardship, serving as a general point of contact, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent plus two years of experience OR an associate's degree OR a bachelor's degree with experience in clerical or administrative support services.
Salary range: $12.00 - $15.00/hour
Work hours: Monday - Friday: 7:45am - 4:45pm - may occasionally work nights and weekends.
Position is located in Auburn, AL.
