The Harrison College of Pharmacy is eager to hire a Student Services Coordinator to handle a variety of high-level administrative tasks and project coordination within the Division of Student Experience. This role supports Bachelor's, Graduate, and Professional PharmD programs. It requires a strong sense of judgment and teamwork to manage complex academic projects and program administration with minimal supervision. The study of Pharmacy started at Auburn University in 1885. Minimum Qualifications:
Level I: Bachelor's degree – No specific discipline
Level II: Bachelor's degree – No specific discipline + 2 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area.
Level III: Bachelor's degree – No specific discipline + 4 years of Experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area.
Substitutions Allowed for Experience: Graduate degrees may be used in lieu of experience.
Minimum Skills, License, and Certifications:
Demonstrate high degrees of creativity, initiative, and critical thinking in dealing with conditions/situations not well defined in standard operating procedures.
