• Oversee all system upgrades, enhancement, and issues for our HR Talent application portfolio. Manages the design, implementation, delivery, and support of all related changes to this portfolio, or in support of other business or technical areas that have a dependency on any of these Talent solutions.
• Manage a team of BSAs, developers, and quality engineers providing oversight, guidance, and performance management to drive individual and team success.
• Serves as subject matter expert for all applications supporting our HR Talent business functions.
• Ensure data security, compliance, integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $192,050.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
