Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Operate mobile and plant equipment as needed to support production. Assist with plant clean-up, material handling, and general labor tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in coordination with maintenance teams. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operations. Commitment to working safely and following established procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. Physical capability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$24.09 to $24.81 per hour. Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
