Service Desk Technician

One of TEKsystems' clients, a company headquartered in Birmingham with locations across the country, is looking for a Service Desk Technician. The IT Service Desk is the first line of support for the company's internal end users. Service Desk Specialists are responsible for escalations from technicians to resolution or elevating to Tier 3 support. Additional responsibilities would include support and adoption of the Microsoft 0365 offerings. The candidates are expected to service over 1600 employees, dozens of applications, and thousands of endpoints. 3 - 5 years IT Service Center experience. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
