Our client is looking to bring on two individuals to their team on a three-month contract to take some of the workload off of their current service desk team that will be helping out with an ERP upgrade. They are looking for someone that has worked in a helpdesk or call center environment providing remote technical support to end users. The ticketing system they use is Cherwell and this individual will be receiving roughly 30-45 calls per day ranging from password reset issues to email internet connectivity issues. It is very important that this individual provides excellent customer service while resolving these tickets. This team has an 89% first call resolution so they would like to stay close to that. They will have to work onsite from 8-5 M-F.
