Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you are the driving force behind daily security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the people and places you protect. Compensation & Benefits: Salary is $70,000 annually, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Manage scheduling, lead and develop security teams, enhance client relationships, handle security incidents and emergencies, and direct compliance and security operational excellence.

Qualifications (Must Have): High school diploma or equivalent, licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle while conducting business, minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment, experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships, knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination, proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner, proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office, ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence, financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field, law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience, American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification, previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience, aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration, graduate of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic, Corrections Officer)

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance, enrollment in our company's 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirements, eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days, vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
