Janitorial - Plant Services

Join our client's team as a Janitor in the Plant Services Department! We're looking for dependable, safety-minded team players who take pride in keeping the workplace clean and running smoothly. Hardworking and reliable? You'll fit right in. Janitorial experience is preferred, but not required - and there's opportunity for a permanent placement after 90 days! Location: Opelika, AL

Shift & Pay:

• Day Shift: 5:45 am to 6:30 pm; $14.00/hour
• Night Shift: 5:45 pm to 6:30 am; $14.50/hour

Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday (this schedule rotates every 2 weeks)

What's the Job?

• Assist with cleaning tasks within the facility, including restrooms and breakrooms
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to support cleanliness and safety
• Follow all safety guidelines and proper use of equipment
• Sweeping, Mopping, Scrubbing, and Cleaning

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Janitorial experience preferred, but not required
