Implementation And Optimization Revenue Cycle Charge Services Consultant

We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Consulting with clients on end-to-end workflow design across Scheduling and/or Registration service lines.
• Leading build and configuration of Oracle Health Scheduling and/or Registration solutions to meet client-specific operational and workflow requirements.
• Providing solution oversight and direction to ensure alignment with downstream Revenue Cycle and clinical systems.
• Guiding clients through key design decisions, highlighting system interdependencies and recommending best practices.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating solution risks and issues during design and build phases.
• Executing workflow optimization and process improvement strategies to enhance patient access efficiency and scheduling accuracy.
• Leading client-facing meetings and working sessions, including validation, design, and review sessions.
• Partnering with internal and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation and adoption process.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $29.81 to $60.63 per hour; from: $62,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
