Oversee machine and secondary activity within assigned department including safety and quality; communicate issues to supervisor.

Manage inventory in 3409 and 3419 to support IPD plant locations; manage subcontract work for dept 3409 and 3419.

Troubleshoot all equipment within the department and utilize appropriate support resources as needed.

Maintain and update data using mainframe (MSS) computer system (Check inventory); help manage raw material inventory.

Make jobs using the MSS mainframe system, and close jobs when process is complete.

Prioritize, plan, and assign resources to meet customer requests.

Track components at annual - silver plater any other sub-contract.

Ensure products meet quality requirements.

Load machines, as needed.

Communicate with customer services using various mediums/tools i.e., phone, email, etc.

Primary Back-up for Everlube, barrel finisher and Lube 5.

Train and develop team members.

Work closely with Assembly to provide components needed to meet production demands.

Monitor team progress and post data on the Team Improvement Board.

Lead and facilitate HPT meetings, engaging employees in the improvement process.

Lead continuous improvement efforts.

All other job duties assigned.

High School diploma or equivalency.

Minimum two (2) years production experience.
