The Junior Client Support Administrator (Jr CSA) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 0 years of general experience.
Must have 2 years of related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting.
Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
Must be able to move freely around a large facility, perform under desk work, as well as other physical aspects of the position.
Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner).
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Have Customer Service and DoD experience.
This position is expected to pay $65,000 - $90,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
