Job Summary This International Program Support Specialist will provide administrative and programmatic support for the planning, coordination and organizing of multiple programs managed by a US Army Project Office. The role involves contributing to cross-functional teams and handling a broad range of responsibilities to include coordinating and facilitating foreign visit requests, managing budgeting and reporting requirements associated with the Defense Travel System (DTS), Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), assisting in overseeing special projects, scheduling and preparing for meetings and maintaining program files. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of working independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
