Head Of Brand Marketing

Our eCommerce client is looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to join their team full-time! This role will be hybrid in Central Jersey and you will be required to come onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

The ideal Head of Brand Marketing must have the following experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience, 3+ years of team management
  • Expertise in brand strategy, influencer marketing, social media, and PR management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in community management platforms (e.g., Facebook Groups, VIP systems).
  • Experience with UGC management tools, influencer/PR platforms, and internal dashboards.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Influencer & Affiliate Leadership:
    • Develop and oversee influencer programs, ambassador networks, and affiliate operations (acquisition, onboarding, payouts, and campaign planning).
    • Build and maintain partnerships with agencies and affiliates to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
    • Lead strategic initiatives to drive awareness, UGC, and commerce through influencer and affiliate channels.
  • Social Media & Community:
    • Define and execute social strategies, content pillars, and platform-specific tactics.
    • Collaborate with Creative to produce engaging assets that fuel storytelling and campaigns.
    • Manage community engagement and nurture advocates to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • PR & Brand Communications:
    • Develop and execute PR strategies, including storytelling, reputation management, and reactive communications.
    • Build strong media relationships across key verticals and manage press deliverables (releases, pitches, seeding kits, editorial calendars).
    • Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Performance Marketing on creator whitelisting, paid amplification, and content insights.
    • Align with Creative and Retention teams to ensure brand consistency and support lifecycle campaigns.
    • Provide actionable feedback to inform brand strategy and product development.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Track KPIs for influencer ROI, affiliate revenue, engagement, and reach.
    • Measure channel impact on awareness, acquisition, and retention goals.
    • Test emerging platforms and partnership models to expand brand presence.
