Education: High School Diploma or GED Months/Years of Experience: Five (5) years of applicable experience supporting engineering or testing of hardware in the appropriate area of specialization: or two (2) years of applicable college/vocational/military/technical school and three (3) years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area: Instrumentation - Must have sixteen (16) weeks of civilian or military training in electronics or basic instrumentation techniques and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in electronics/instrumentation supporting engineering or testing of military hardware. Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen and have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance. Skills Needed: Will be required to install/maintain/repair instrumentation utilized in military testing. Must be able to work in all environments and be able to navigate many different terrains while performing instrumentation duties. This position will read schematics, solder, cable repair and possess the ability to troubleshoot electronics in a real time environment. This individual must be able to read, understand and adhere to all applicable SOP's and TSRA's.
