WSP is currently initiating a search for an Electrical Project Engineer with the potential to work out of any WSP office, including Boise, ID; Honolulu, HI; or Huntsville, AL. Be involved in projects with our Federal Services Division team including mission-critical infrastructure design to include power delivery, power generation, power distribution, backup power, UPS, system studies, renewable energy, MEP design, and related projects, and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges.
The candidate selected for this position may work remotely full-time at a location other than a POWER-designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a POWER office for periodic meetings.

Our Department is growing and the successful applicant will play an important role in the development of a sustainable electrical department with staff filling roles at all experience levels. The applicant will interface directly with internal and external clients and will demonstrate a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion within budget and schedule constraints.
Responsibilities include leading design teams including sub-consultants and working with federal clients on energy and infrastructure projects. The Project Engineer will be challenged with working on multiple large and small projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate must have a deeply technical engineering skill set and experience leading design teams and interface with federal clients. The position requires candidates who are licensed professional engineers in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $110,700 - $140,000
