The Food Service Director is responsible for overseeing day to day functions of the foodservice operation, including but not limited to production management, budgeting, procurement, team management, and client and customer engagement. This individual is responsible for identifying and implementing appropriate food and nutrition related programs and services which exceed the expectations of the client and customer, support growth and development of team members, and monitor and impact product and service quality.
