About The Role:
The Director of Sales leads growth for Hach's West U.S. region, building and inspiring a high-performing team that drives profitable sales and captures market share. Reporting to the VP, NA Sales, you will influence strategic decisions, develop future sales talent, and help shape Hach's next era of innovation. For leaders who value impact and long-term career growth, this position offers a clear, supported pathway to future VP-level roles within Hach and across Veralto's Operating Companies. This position covers the West territory, which spans the United States from the West Coast as far northeast as Minnesota, south through Texas, and east to include Arkansas and Alabama. Candidates must reside within the defined territory. There are several locations listed for marketing purposes but just one position is available.

US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
