Responsible for maintaining a full-time customer service position in support of U.S. Space Force operations at Schriever SFB, CO. Serves as primary point of contact for in-person, over the phone, and on-line customer inquiries and requests for multimedia services. Work is performed in an office environment performing various administrative tasks to include receiving and directing work requests to media functional areas, tracking project work flow, and collecting/compiling production data to be converted to various reports. Works daily with Microsoft Office software programs with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Word, MSTeams, and Access. Use of Adobe PDF software is also used on a daily basis for job order processing. Work also involves occasional video and teleconference tasks which include powering up equipment; checking proper system operation; setting audio levels; and positioning camera functions for secure and non-secure meetings. Basic photographic skills are required to provide occasional studio portraiture and identification products.
