The Owner Relations call center department handles around 120-150 calls per day. Each agent will manage 25-30 calls per day. Calls typically last around 15 minutes. This is not a scripted call center; agents will converse with owners the company owes money to. They will need to think analytically as each conversation is unique. Individuals will report directly to the supervisor, Earlyn. The job schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, fully on-site.
