A Consumer Support Worker will maintain level III client files and documents and maintain face-to-face contact with clients at least quarterly. Provide appropriate billable services as indicated on the current treatment plan. Prepare outpatient client information for MD/CRNP. Verify compliance with MD/CRNP appointments and verify medication compliance. Evaluate clients for an increase in symptoms and stressors. Recommend referrals to appropriate programs/staff. Conduct urine drug screens on clients and/or employees as needed. Provide backup for the front desk as requested and perform other tasks as assigned. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. w/lunch, Driver Required
