Minimum Qualifications
Level I: High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years experience in clerical and administrative support services.
Level II: High school diploma plus 4 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services.
Substitutions Allowed for Experience: Graduate degrees may be accepted in lieu of experience.
Minimum Skills, License, and Certifications
Minimum Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of office rules, procedures and operations that require previous training and experience to perform.
Minimum Technology Skills: None Required.
