Administrative Support Associate
The College of Human Sciences is excited to recruit candidates for our next Administrative Support Associate I/II for CHSglobal. The Administrative Support Associate will provide administrative, financial, and general clerical support within an administrative department with responsibility for a broad variety of office support duties.
Essential Functions
- Performs multiple duties which are a mix of administrative and clerical in nature, which may include, but are not limited to data gathering, data management, correspondence, filing, calendar management, event scheduling.
- Provides budget tracking and monitoring, travel/expense voucher processing, as well as other expenditure processing.
- Advises faculty, staff, and students of the College of Human Sciences and Auburn Abroad policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with faculty, departments, and students on behalf of manager, director, or department head.
- Acts as point of contact for purchasing or vendor/outside agencies.
- May perform some administrative duties which may include, but are not limited to budget coordination, human resources administration (beyond payroll entry), recruitment coordination, preparation of reports/documents/presentations, or coordination of complex projects or events.

Level I: High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services.
Level II: High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services.
Substitution allowed for Experience: Degrees may be used in lieu of experience

Salary Range $33,150-$49,890
