The Acquisition Intelligence Analysts should have all-source intelligence experience, which could include experience with IC agencies or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components. Intelligence support to the acquisition or requirements community is preferred. Analysts must have knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with, the acquisition and requirements processes. Requirements Management is the process used to identify, define, coordinate, develop, submit, manage and report on MDA intelligence requirements using the Community On-line Intelligence System for End-Users and Managers (COLISEUM), the tool used by the MDA to submit PRs. Additionally, Requirements Management includes the documentation and submission of Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) requirements to the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. Requirements Management support is conducted in HSV.
Task Details - Acquisition Intelligence Analysts shall serve as members of the Acquisition Intelligence team. The contractor shall support the development and implementation of MDA's Acquisition Intelligence Program, working with other Intelligence Division Acquisition Intelligence Analysts and MDS elements to determine intelligence stressors and threat concerns. The contractor shall coordinate with the IC to ensure they are aware of threats that stress the MDS. The contractor shall also assist with the development and maintenance of MDA's Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) requirements, which includes attending all IMD-related meetings. The contractor shall manage creation, submission, and tracking of all Production Requirements. Identify, define, draft, submit, track, and report PRs using COLISEUM and/or other Intelligence Community identified tools as required. The PRs will be drafted and submitted using COLISEUM. A PR status report will be provided weekly supporting multiple Intelligence Division functions. Coordinate, both before and after the submission of the PR, with the Intelligence Community to ensure MDA requirements are documented, validated, understood, and answered in a timely manner. Coordinated PR scheduled delivery and changes to the delivery timeline. Maintain accurate and up-to-date PR records (requirements and answers) within the PR folders and the Intelligence Division PR portal on SIPR for status and submission. Attend meetings, workshops, and summits (virtually or in-person as needed) related to Acquisition Intelligence Requirements Management as required to ensure the team is aware of future tools, applications, and innovations.
