Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our commercial team and lead the management of key client relationships. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage both sales/account management and recruitment responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with technical teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR in onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support when needed: invoices, payments coordination, and reporting.
