Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst/Consultant

Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst/Consultant to lead Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives. This role requires bridging business and technical requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving end-to-end solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep configuration expertise and a strong understanding of sales-related business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.
• Develop detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case development, and defect triage.
• Support change management and go-live readiness activities.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce BSA/Consultant experience, with at least 3 years at a senior level.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.

Industry Experience:

Experience in business processes and systems that support Sales.
